Not much of a pay back......Pay $50.00 to potentially win $25.00?

| Smokey I think he is saying its 100% pay back meaning out your 50 dollars that would be how its distibuted. If there was 10 boats 1st would get 250 2nd 100 and 3rd 50 100 for big fish. Could be wrong thats how I read it. |

Sweeper, I appreciate the clarification. I may have to take that challenge!

| Sorry about the misunderstanding. The tournament is 100 percent payback as the guy above stated. For example, for each boat that enters the tournament $25 of your $50 entry fee will go to first place, etc. etc. |

just to let everyone know.... if your planning on fishing the tournament you need to post on here both names or give me a call at 843 343 5734 as soon as possible. the earlier you pre register, the lower boat number you will have. we will be launching by boat numbers. Thanks, Brad |

Sweeper, That is not a problem. All livewells are going to be checked anyway just so that there is no concern with cheating. |

To everyone interested in fishing the tournament, I see a lot of interest on here about people saying that they may take the challenge and others say that they want to. I need everyone to give me a call at 843 343 5734 so that i can add you to the list so that I can get an idea of how many boats were going to have. Also if you have any questions I will be glad to answer them. I have already had about 8 boats sign up so call as soon as possible and let me know. Its going to be a great turnout! Thanks, Brad |

| Have you ever run a tournament before? Just curious. I think you should register the morning of the tournament. Who shows up first gets to go out first. You might have someone say that they will be there and don't show then you have to re figure who's shooting off first. |

Launching off by boat number wont be a problem. The reason I have a pre registration going is because I have had 15 people call me and want to know how many boats are interested in fishing the tournament. If I say to them that I have no idea, many people will turn the offer down because people fish to win money and they are not going to enter if no one fishes. If someone doesnt show then i simply cross their name out and go to the next number. There will not be any problems with that.
And Muztang, I have the two names down on the list. Looking forward to seeing you there. It should be a great turnout.
And I will make the registration start at 4:30. That is not a problem. |

ROLL ON CAROLINABASS91 IT IS YOUR TOURNAMENT! RUN IT THE WAY YOU WANT TO. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO STEP UP AND TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO RUN A TOURNAMENT THAN DON'T CRITISIZE SOMEONE ELSE THAT IS! IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE FORMAT THEN DON'T FISH IT. |

I just think that anyone who has ran a tournament before should be able to answer that question a little better. When someone calls and asks how many people are going to fish this tournament let them know you have had 15 people call so far. I think the first one to the tournament and registers should blast off first. To me that is just the best way to do it. I also asked a question on what kind of scale was being used. I was wanting to know if it were platform or hand held scales. I would also like to know if this is being done legally as well. I don't want to be fishing a tournament and fish all day then a game warden shows up and shuts us down for not having a permit for a tournament. |

Well said, the guy is just trying to put on a tournament. It's not like he's trying to sell some type of plastic lizard on here.

| I actually do commend him for throwing a tournament out of GCR. That's something you don't see a lot of. I think he is doing a great job. I just didn't like the way he was basing the blast off on. I think all in all he is doing a great job promoting this tournament. To get 15 people to call you wanting to fish this thing is almost better than the Weekend series. The reason I asked about the scales was because I would have let him borrow mine for the tournament. I may have come across rude but believe me that wasn't my intentions at all. If I may have offended any one I am man enough to say I am sorry. I just had a couple questions and wanted them answered. |
